Ibot Mobility Device

The Ibot has a long and rich history of providing disabled people with access to the surrounding world in ways unmatched by any other powered mobility device. I had the fortunate opportunity to be part of the effort to completely redesign and improve upon previous generations of the device. My responsibilities included: establishing an entirely new hardware aesthetic; designing and testing the ergonomics of a new hardware controller; developing a brand new user interface architecture; and specifying and defining quality control methods for color, material, and finish.
